Although inflation continued to fall in May, the BoE is unlikely to adopt a more relaxed tone or give a clearer indication of when to cut interest rates.

The BoE's stance is surprising as to why it is not cutting interest rates, despite inflation falling to 2%, which was the BoE's target.

We are currently awaiting the BoE's decisions on interest rates.
